Teen Wolf Remake on the Way (or so they say…)
Enough with the vampires already. Let’s explore some of the other supernatural creatures of the night. What’s that you say? There’s a remake of Teen Wolf in the works? Excellent. Just what we need.
Rumor has it (moviehole) that Warner Bros, who picked up the rights a few years ago, are on the hunt for a writer to pen the reinterpretation of the 1985 Michael J. Fox “hit”. The original told the story of a high school kid who, upon discovering he’s a werewolf, gains popularity, notoriety, and some wicked basketball skills. Ah, but at what cost? They say they’re not sure what direction the film will take yet, but I (and everyone else in the free world) have a feeling Zac Efron’s phone will be ringing soon.
I know I’ve complained a lot about remakes lately, but to be honest, this one tickles me.
